In 2005, The Prince Albert Construction Association started a summer employment Youth Apprenticeship Program for grade 11 students in Prince Albert and area. The main objective is to allow the students to gain valuable experience and get exposure to the various parts of the construction industry. Hopefully, after having a positive experience in their summer employment they will look to the construction industry as a possible career choice after completing their grade 12 year.
